By enrolling at the Somali Institute of Technical and Professional Studies (SITPS), you agree to the terms below, which govern your rights, responsibilities, and conduct as a student.

1. Acceptance of Institutional Policies

You are bound by all policies and procedures outlined in the SITPS Student Handbook, including academic, financial, disciplinary, and campus guidelines.

2. Academic Integrity

  • Maintain honesty in all coursework and assessments.
  • Cheating, plagiarism, or falsification of documents is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations may result in disciplinary actions, including expulsion.

3. Student Conduct

  • Respect and professionalism must be shown to peers, staff, and faculty.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or bullying will not be tolerated.
  • Dress code and classroom behavior policies must be followed at all times.

4. Tuition & Financial Obligations

  • All tuition and fees must be paid by the stated deadlines.
  • Installment plans must be honored as per your signed agreement.
  • Failure to pay may result in restriction from exams or class access.
  • Refunds are processed according to the institutional refund policy.

5. Use of Personal Data

Students consent to the collection and use of their personal data for academic, administrative, and emergency purposes in accordance with data protection laws.

6. Disciplinary Actions

The institution reserves the right to take corrective or disciplinary action in case of any breach of these terms. This includes warnings, suspension, or dismissal from the institution.

7. Emergency and Safety Compliance

Students are expected to follow all emergency procedures, participate in drills, and cooperate with campus safety instructions.

8. Changes to Terms

SITPS may amend these terms with notice via student email or the official portal. Continued enrollment after changes implies acceptance.

9. Agreement

By registering or submitting any form at SITPS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
